We are disheartened by this review. This was a transaction attempt from the State of California that wanted to buy there - and have us register the vehicle in Montana. GV70 Buyer responded

It is unfortunately that the GM of this dealership continues to spin the truth and the reality. This has nothing to do with the transaction itself, but rather the lack of communication, the lack of alignment with their internal team, the misinformation, 6 week delays in email responses to direct questions and, most importantly, the absolutely rude and wildly unprofessional treatment of a customer. The bottom line - They didn't get the sale. Their competitor did. This tells you everything you need to know. Period. If they respond to this comment - it confirms to you everything I'me saying above. Genesis Corporation Customer relations and their ownership, Earnhardt have been notified in writing.
