The new facility is beautiful and all of the staff was extremely friend, attentive and helpful. I worked with Kelly at the front desk and Devin in the service department to have work done. They both checked in with me numerous times while waiting in their beautiful lounge area and offered options to properly budget service options that were and will be needed. They even ran the vehicle through the car wash and I watched an associate hand clean the windows. Little things like that go a long way. You can tell they are very proud of the new facility and take pride in what they do. The level of customer service was top notch...Highly recommend!!!! 5 stars!!! More

I had a wildly unprofessional experience with the General Manager of this dealership during a potential sale. It was a slightly complicated transaction and he failed to communicate, his sales staff was not Manager of this dealership during a potential sale. It was a slightly complicated transaction and he failed to communicate, his sales staff was not coordinated. They failed to disclose their company policy about an aspect of the sale and I found out SIX WEEKS later just prior to the vehicle delivery. The email response was rude, immature and totally unprofessional. They blamed me, the customer, for their failure to provide the required information and for their lack of internal coordination. Then, I had a phone call that was even worse. This dealership needs formal training on customer service and communication. They lost a deal because of their total disregard for the customer and wildly immature, defensive and unprofessional behavior. CHOOSE ANOTHER DEALER!!!! PERIOD. More
