We don't buy cars often as we like to keep them as long as possible. When we first walked into Subaru Superstore we were greeted by Morgan. We didn't purchase a car on our first trip. On our 5th trip we bought a Subaru Forester. I must say it was the best experience ever when it came to buying a car. Morgan was great every time we walked in the door, there was not pressure and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. As I stated above the experience was great and entertaining as well I would highly recommend Subaru Superstore in Chandler, and also Morgan Trzaskos.

The sales people work very hard to get you the best price for your Subaru. All the employees are friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and willing to help you in any way they can. I just wish they would have Peanut butter cookies in their assortment of snacks. In fact any Subaru Dealer I have been too in AZ. have the exact same assortments. On the down side it would be nice if Subaru informed the customer that previous promotions have been discontinued. This is my 5th Subaru, on the 2nd,3rd and 4th deals you were giving me a returning buyer discount, found out it was discontinued for the 5th.

My husband's review; "They were excellent". For a man of few words, that is high praise. After doing much research, as well as driving our daughter's Outback Limited, my husband and I knew it was the car we wanted. Over the years, living in Michigan, we bought many cars. Some were from very nice sales associates and dealerships. That said, Tom Darby is by far our favorite sales associate ever. He is nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, easy going, and not at all pushy. He's everything you could want in a person selling you a car; overall a great guy. I informed Tom that we were extremely interested in the car he showed us, and if we did buy an Outback, it would be from him; but that we never buy a car the same day. He didn't try to pressure us or talk us into committing to anything; just said to call him if we had any questions, which we appreciated. We set up a time to come back the next day for a test drive. We did, and bought our Outback. I have never liked the process of buying a car and consider it stressful. Tom and everyone else at Subaru Superstore made the whole experience downright pleasant. I've always dreaded the finance process, often the most high pressure aspect. However, Mark Dicino in finance was great; explaining various options and being patient with questions. Mark made the finance part easy and painless. Danielle Landis, the first person we met at Subaru Superstore was very friendly and helpful. She is responsible for our first impression of Subaru Superstore being so positive. After buying our car, Danielle was our delivery specialist. She did a great job explaining our car's features and helping us pair the Bluetooth for our phone. Before leaving with our new car, we met Daniel Strebler, yet another friendly person who told us he's looking forward to seeing us back for our second go-round of going over our car's features with him. All in all, we are thoroughly impressed with Subaru Superstore. Everyone truly seemed to care that we were treated well and got the car we wanted. We highly recommend buying a car there, especially from Tom.
