Purchased Certified Crosstour My wife and I went to shop for a certified civic or accord, preferably accord. There weren't a lot of used accords (I suppose that's good), but there was a rather nice 2013 crosstour with low miles. Andy Griffith was the salesman and he was very nice and helpful. Of course he wanted to sell the car, but he was not overbearing and did not use pressure tactics. He was humorous and patient as we decided to buy. I had not checked crosstour prices prior to visiting and he provided me with the kelly blue book report and car fax report at the dealership. Of course, at any dealership, you always want to be careful with the final pricing agreement. But after that was worked out the was also helpful in showing me how all the new "gizmos" worked (rear view camera, moon roof etc). He was also patient as I am apprehensive to sign various documents (at the close of the sale). He explained each was was willing to wait when I wanted to read more and he answered any questions I had. Overall, it was a very nice experience and my wife and I are very happy with our new car. Amazing Car Buying Experience I was really nervous about getting a new car for many reasons. I know that my credit is not great.. but it has been getting better.. and also though I I was really nervous about getting a new car for many reasons. I know that my credit is not great.. but it has been getting better.. and also though I am 31 years old, I have never purchased a brand new car on my own. I reached out to Bonnie several months ago to express interest in the new HR-V. Something about that car drew me in and the more research I completed, the more I loved it. Her follow-up was not overbearing in the least. I told her I was looking to purchase a vehicle and though it was about 2 months away she said she would follow up at a more appropriate time. She checked in with me about 3 weeks prior to purchase to see if I was still interested. I told her yes and we set up a date for me to come look at the car. She didn't hound me to come in ASAP and let me set the pace for the experience. The day prior to my purchase I sent all necessary information to her which I think really helped make the experience painless. I was in and out in 3 hrs (just under I think). She was very pleasant and I loved how personable she was. The financing specialist was very helpful and put my payment where I needed it to be. Even the final manager who I completed my papers with was completely amazing, very friendly and outgoing. I couldn't have asked for a better car-buying experience!! More

Lied too A salesman named mr Griffin called me the night before to see if I was interested in a new accord!!! I said I was will to look and he said I would only have to pay a certain amount down but that was a lie!!! When I got there his supervisor or another said I had to pay three times the amount down!! So I left and I will never go back ther only for service on my accord!!! I will find another dealer next time to get a new car!! I had gotten three vehicles from them and they treat me like that!! Poor customer service!!!! More
