On 1/23/23, we brought our vehicle in for several fixes. Since we couldn't wait 3 hours, their shuttle driver (name slipped my mind) took us home in a timely manner and was very nice, friendly, attentive and caring. That is a wonderful service to offer to clients so we appreciated that. The only downfall was the inconvenience due to major remodel. So that was a bit of a disappointment, especially to my husband who enjoyed the coffee, TV, snacks usually normally offered. But no big deal. Thank you for putting up with grumpy, grouchy, impatient people who are stressed to begin with, and for dealing with them delicately. I'm rating a 4 rather than a 5 for one reason...that is when calling to make an appointment or inquire about something, I always get an answering machine and the majority of the time, no one calls back and I have to call again. I'm always quite pleased with the service; however, I had a couple of concerns this time. Although the service tech told me what they wanted to do to my vehicle, there was no explanation of associated cost a couple of concerns this time. Also, customers should be advised that the San Tan location is under renovation. Those of us waiting during service, had to do so in a trailer that was extremely cold.
