During our visit on veterans day to inquire about the 30,000 mile check up to my 09 hyundai. We then went out to take a look at cars on the lot when Ron came out to greet us while my husband Andy and I were looking at the new 2011 Hyundai that my son had told us about he had seen on tv, and said we should look at and what a great car it was. Ron was explaining the new features and took us for a test drive. We then agreed to look at some numbers in order to purchase a new vehicle, during this time Randy took our 09 vehicle and had it washed! Unbeliveable! Randy didn't give up on us and tried afew ways to make sure that he pulled out the deal we wanted and could afford. It took us alittle while to make it into finance, but Jose also was very professional and gave us all that he could to ease the experience. We have the option of choices of dealerships and always return. This being our third time.I would like to greatfully thank all the staff for a job well done.
