His experience was so good. We chose to go back when we were ready to buy our new car. We love Avondale's sales team! There was no pressure, we didn't feel rushed or like we were "bothering" them. They answered all our questions. (and then some). They were very helpful educating us on the option packages and all the different Hyundai models. Riley was our original contact, over the phone and internet, for prices/incentive on different vehicles. Riley was very informative. Once we arrived at the dealer ship we were greeted by Eunice the "cutest and most bubbly" team member. Eunice was very patient with all our questions and provided numerous vehicles for us to test drive. She helped us narrow down the choice. Once we made the decision the finance department helped with all the paperwork and extra coverage we needed. Eunice then made sure we were all set up and ready to hit the road. I would definitely recommend them. We will be going back in the future. More

I leased an Elantra from this dealer and my experience was excellent. I was met by Shayne, who kindly made sure the car was clean and ready prior to my test drive. While preparing the car he informed me that he noticed a minor imperfection on the hood, so when I decided on the Elantra he and the staff arranged for another one to be driven over from another local dealer. Armando and Riley were both cooperative and understanding in helping me to find the best financing options given my budget. Riley was great at providing thorough explanations to all of my questions and he showed me all of my car's features, including helping me pair my phone to the car's bluetooth. For someone nervous about leasing a car for the first time, I was very relieved after being met with a level of honesty and customer service that exceeded my expectations.
