My New Car Purchase The car I bought on July 16 of 2016 was my third car I was buying at the Hyundai dealership, but the experience I had with buying this car was excelle The car I bought on July 16 of 2016 was my third car I was buying at the Hyundai dealership, but the experience I had with buying this car was excellent. The salesman, Ariel Mendoza-Merino, was exceptionally polite and courteous. He has explained all the options my car has, explained all features of my car, and took the time necessary for us to choose the most suitable car for me. The salesman also took me to the DMV since I had some business to be done before I could trade in my old car. The salesman offered us refreshments keeping in mind that I had with me 3 more people. He was doing his best to keep my son, who is 6, occupied with activities, so we all had a good experience. Ariel introduced me to the service advisor who will be responsible for taking care of my car, so I know who to discuss any issues with when I bring my car for repair and maintenance or when I have any questions. Ariel scheduled an appointment with us to make sure all our questions about my new car are answered and cleared. During the sale all possible discounts we could have were offered to us and applied. The documents and sale was done in timely manner as well. I definitely will recommend this dealership to my friends. More
