Thanks for the Santa Fe, Shayne! I was in the market for a larger vehicle and had my eye on a new Santa Fe. My budget was pretty strict so they way it looked i would have only been ab I was in the market for a larger vehicle and had my eye on a new Santa Fe. Shayne called me ASAP when they got a slightly used Limited that was within my budget and I ended up pulling the trigger right away. He was easy to work with and his manager Gavin made the negotiations fast and easy as can be. Very happy with my car and my experience. More

Staff needs training The staff here needs training to sharpen their customer service skills, also, on how to use tactful words. Also, they need to do the best they can to get the customer into the car they want, NOT the one they want to put you in. They also need to know what questions are okay to ask the customer and what questions are NOT okay to ask. What I mean by that is that if the customer says he has purchased 2 cars before at a dealership, believe him! Or if he says that he is a US citizen, don't question his nationality merely because he is not white! Terrible service and unprofessional staff. More
