On 9/30 I experienced a moment of fear when my fob did not start car ( fob was inside purse).. After removing fob from purse the car started. I called and spoke to Lyndsey who told me it was probably the not start car ( fob was inside purse).. After removing fob from purse the car started. I called and spoke to Lyndsey who told me it was probably the fob battery - not the car battery. She told me to come in and and the front desk would change out the battery at no charge. I know it’s a relative small thing, but I truly appreciate a dealership that is there for you. Thank you Earnhardt and employees. Sue Bunch More
Very happy with the service I received with Lindsey. I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance. I schedule my appointment via online and requested a loaner. Lindsey advised that no loaners were av I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance. I schedule my appointment via online and requested a loaner. Lindsey advised that no loaners were available. She advised that it would be about an hour before my vehicle would be done. She offered to get me a lyft or I could wait. I said I would wait and she said that she would put me on the waiting list and if a loaner came available she would let me know. I assumed that I would be waiting for a while. However, within 10 minutes a loaner was available. The young gentleman that assisted me with the loaner was very professional and was quick in getting me all setup with the loaner. The only negative experience I had was when I picked up my vehicle it was poorly dried after it was washed and was not vacuumed. I never experienced this in previous visits. I now live on the east side of the valley and prefer this location for service on my vehicle due to all the interactions I have had over the past years has been outstanding. Overall, my experience here was 5 stars. Thank you Lindsey and the loaner guy (sorry I did not get his name) for providing great service. More
