My wife and I have been dealing with Earnhardt Lexus since they took over from Scottsdale Lexus, our previous sales person Leo Suhargo was amazing, myself and my family purchased approximately 6 vehicle since they took over from Scottsdale Lexus, our previous sales person Leo Suhargo was amazing, myself and my family purchased approximately 6 vehicles thru Leo, Leo then retired, I still had his number and reached out to him for his best sales person recommendation which was David Bader. We were looking for a specific GX550, a luxury plus in gray color, David was extremely knowledgeable with the GX and the problems related to getting one, he told us it might be awhile, we were very patient and after several months he found us our dream vehicle. He kept in touch with us the whole time, giving us other options as they came up, but we said we would patiently wait for the perfect one. And then it happened, we got a call it was in the port, we put a deposit down and then David walked us thru everything, paperwork, explanation of all the details. He was a great communicator, very thorough, extremely professional, and mostly a great person. All the years we have been dealing with Earnhardt Lexus from Leo and David, and Rick our service manager, to the management, and financial personal it has always been stress free and amazing, Great Job!!! I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. I brought my son’s car in for a quote on some work and Rick Johnson was amazing. I came for the 70,000 mile service at the Earnhardt Lexus, which is 100 miles from my home, because I also had a concern about a growling noise that occurred under power, like when climbing a grade or Lexus, which is 100 miles from my home, because I also had a concern about a growling noise that occurred under power, like when climbing a grade or accelerating to pass another car. I reported this concern to my service representative and he made a note for the service technician. When the car was ready, the service representative told me that they had found the problem and corrected it (two loose bolts on the exhaust). I also get a loaner car during the servicing, which non-Lexus dealers nearer my home do not provide. This is a quality dealership and I could not be happier with them. More
