She kept me updated during the day of the progress, but more importantly my car was ready by late afternoon, just like she said. Super personable, and able to walk that very fine line of laughing 'with me' intead of 'at me' when i relayed my story of how my pet goats got loose and tap danced on my newer es300h; leaving hoof prints, dents, and through-the-paint scratches on every horizontal surface of my car! Here I was hoping my every 6 months armour-all surface coating and wax were going to buff out the worst of it...... ummm, not so much... good news. i just found out my pharmacists' mutual insurance will be covering my damages!! yeah,yeah, yeah!!! thanks again for the great service, Andrew!
