Heather knew exactly what the issue was and was honest and told me it would take most of the day, so she provided me with a loaner. She kept me updated during the day of the progress, but more importantly my car was ready by late afternoon, just like she said. This was my first experience with Earnardt and it was nice for a change to get good customer service at a dealership as well as pleasant, honest people. More

Though my original guy, Dean, retired, Andrew was often my go-to guy when Dean was off. Andrew is now my primary service guy and he is amazing, too.. Super personable, and able to walk that very fine line of laughing 'with me' intead of 'at me' when i relayed my story of how my pet goats got loose and tap danced on my newer es300h; leaving hoof prints, dents, and through-the-paint scratches on every horizontal surface of my car! Here I was hoping my every 6 months armour-all surface coating and wax were going to buff out the worst of it...... ummm, not so much... good news. i just found out my pharmacists' mutual insurance will be covering my damages!! yeah,yeah, yeah!!! thanks again for the great service, Andrew!
