We had the worst experience of our lives at this dealership. Our broker pre arranged a purchase deal at a sister dealership on a Fri but the car we wanted was at Peoria and the 2shops could not reac dealership. Our broker pre arranged a purchase deal at a sister dealership on a Fri but the car we wanted was at Peoria and the 2shops could not reach an exchange deal so we were told the agreed upon sale would be honored at Peoria. We arrived Sat AM, started paperwork and a manager came out and told us we were crazy if we thought he would honor the deal, that he can sell that car all day long for $5K MORE. Became VERY rude and showed NO interest in even attempting to salvage the sale so...we walked. He was,frankly, an a$$. Will probably never buy another Kia and we live Kias. And 2employees wandering around without a mask. They deserve ZERO stars! More

Put a deposit to hold to Seltos. Made a appt for Friday afternoon. Went in had everything done and out the door in about 3 hours. Everyone was great and very helpful. Great experience overall we would highly recommend this dealership to everyone who wants a kia vehicle. More

I have bought a new car every two years for the last 10 years. This was the first time I had a good experience. They gave me what I wanted for my trade, what I wanted to pay for the new car and the interest rate I wanted. I felt like they actually listened. When we got to finance there was no pressure to by add-ons I don't need and there no big surprises about payment. But honestly, the best part was that they NEVER ONCE looked at my fiancé to ask questions. Men tend to want to talk to men about cars and I often find the salesman ignoring me. I did not have that issue and I'm truly grateful. This isn't the 60's and I don't need a man to help me buy a car. More
