Earl Stanley apparently never works when questions need to be answered, Brett Wian consistently tells me I am mistaken but when my Fiancé calls it’s a way different story and he’s correct with the same information. Tom Ardo states I got a promotional deal NO ONE know about except Earl who never works and that had me pay $500 for god know what for. SO DISAPPOINTING. Already been in, in person one time. How many times will it take? To be continued. More

He made sure everything was taken care of and got my car in quick for an oil change and to replace the The service manager was very nice and thorough. I was having a bad day due to a dead battery but was pleased when they didn't try to refinance my car or do some sales pitch. I actually didn't buy my car at this dealership, but wish I had now. They are the best Kia dealership and they value your time. More

Great service My engine had a recall on it and I felt completely out of control when I did not have a car. Fortunately, I brought it into Peoria Kia and right away My engine had a recall on it and I felt completely out of control when I did not have a car. Fortunately, I brought it into Peoria Kia and right away Justen greeted me and assured that everything would be alright. My car was checked in and within 20 minutes I was told that Kia would be giving me a rental until my car was finished being serviced. Justen made sure to call me as soon as they received a new engine to keep me updated and made sure to call me and let me know it was ready for pick up. I was never left in the dark about when my car would be finished and the customer service from Justen was superb. Highly recommend the service departmet over at Peoria Kia! More
