For a long time now I didn't have too much faith in doing business with dealerships. Generally I had my own mechanic to do work on my vehicles. They were honest, reasonable, just did the work that was reguir business with dealerships. Generally I had my own mechanic to do work on my vehicles. They were honest, reasonable, just did the work that was reguired and didn't sell me more then I needed. But Jesse and Juan turned this experience around for me. They were very friendly and trustworthy. In fact they communicated with each other so when I came in the next day Juan looked for me and knew exactly what work had to be done and the amount to be charged. Whatever was reguired from me to fix my vehicle they met. You have two find employees that went up and beyond. This is what I call Great Customer Service. I manage one of the Fry's Food Stores and have been working in the grocery industry for 47 years now and I know what it takes to run a successful business. Don't lose these two. Thank You Peoria Kia. Scott also had me walk around the car to check for defects. That has never happened before either. He took time to assure that I understood the things he was telling me about.
