Mike listened to exactly what we wanted, only showed us what we asked for and got us the perfect vehicle. He never went outside our price range, the entire team was service focused. Over the past several months we had spent extensive time in other dealerships and Peoria Kia has a different energy and buzz. Each time we have been in there everyone is friendly, recognizes you and the mood is very lighhearted - nothing compares. For a long time now I didn't have too much faith in doing business with dealerships. Generally I had my own mechanic to do work on my vehicles. They were honest, reasonable, just did the work that was reguir business with dealerships. Generally I had my own mechanic to do work on my vehicles. They were honest, reasonable, just did the work that was reguired and didn't sell me more then I needed. But Jesse and Juan turned this experience around for me. They were very friendly and trustworthy. In fact they communicated with each other so when I came in the next day Juan looked for me and knew exactly what work had to be done and the amount to be charged. Whatever was reguired from me to fix my vehicle they met. You have two find employees that went up and beyond. This is what I call Great Customer Service. I manage one of the Fry's Food Stores and have been working in the grocery industry for 47 years now and I know what it takes to run a successful business. Don't lose these two. Thank You Peoria Kia. We decided to buy a Kia and we have not been happier with the car, dealership, and service. We bought from Jay Saltz who was great. Always friendly when we come in. We've been going here since we got to Arizona in November 2003. We had a 2002 Sportage at the time. We traded the Sportage in for our 2007 Spectra5. The people are and have always been very friendly and never pushy in any way. Jairo & Juan are fairly new to us, within a year or so. I think Val has been there, if not from the beginning, pretty close to it. We even get the oil changed on our 2000 Metro done here. We don't think of going anywhere else. More
