This is about what Peoria Kia is not. I went through two dealers last year getting my wife a car and Peoria Kia was my second looking for one for me. The first three times were very painful with the games and delays and run-around by the sales staff. But with Peoria Kia, I searched on the internet, walked in several hours latter. They walked me straight to the car I had asked about. We didn't really like the color but found the one that I did like. Into the office, confirm the price. A decent price for my tradein. Out the door. Not once did I even start to get annoyed with the process and for me that is saying a lot. More

Victor not only exemplifies the highest standards of professionalism, but he also truly cares about meeting the actual needs of his customers. He knows his products thoroughly and his unerring knowledge of the dealership's inventory is a further indicator of his approach to his job. There is no pressure and no attempt to substitute an alternative that the customer does not want. The sales manager, Larry Guillen, and the finance manager, Michael Dominguez, combined to make the entire transaction a pleasant and stress-free experience. Larry represented his company's interests as one would expect, but at no time did he talk down to me or pressure me. Michael clearly outlined the financing and warranty options available to me and recognized that I neither needed nor would succumb to any undue pressure. I love the new 2013 Kia Soul I purchased and expect to have many years of trouble-free driving. More
