Best car buying experience, I've had in 50 years. My wife and I spent two weeks calling, visiting and filling out credit applications, at five other Dealerships in the valley. We were told, we had some credit issues, the vehicle chosen was to old to finance, to expensive for our credit history or they never called back. My LAST CALL should have been my FIRST CALL. It was to Rodeo Dodge, Jeep, Ram. While talking to sales, Roxana Tokarski , I told her of our terrible two week ordeal trying to buy a vehicle. She said she would take care of us and asked me if I had a vehicle in mind, I told her I found a Jk Wrangle on Rodeo's web. site and then she took our credit history. Roxana said someone would call later that day. To tell the truth I didn't believe her, because we have had that said to us before. Later that day the Rodeo Dealership Manager Heath Wacker called me to ask about our disappointing car buying experience with other dealers and promised we would have. an answer by the next day if we were approved or not. That same afternoon I got a call from Tom in finance answered a few questions. The next morning I got a call from Heath Wacker to come with my wife, for the best vehicle buying experience ever. We at the Dealership less than an hour and drove home in a 2018 JK Wrangler. It all started by taking to Roxana Tokarski in sales and ended with a promise from Heath Wacker, Rodeo Manager.
