Outstanding service at the serviced department. I needed to have scheduled service performed on my 2004 4Runner. Hank was assigned as my service representative. He explained what would be done on I needed to have scheduled service performed on my 2004 4Runner. Hank was assigned as my service representative. He explained what would be done on the vehicle and provided contact (text) address if I needed additional information. After the multipoint inspection he called and explained additional problems identified and assisted me in getting those items corrected. Needed to cancel our warranty and gap coverage and gave us the runaround for weeks, claiming they ma Love our new car, but the worst customer service. Been promised someone would contact us, but nothing. Ignore emails and call backs. Definitely do not recommend! As soon as they make the sale, all customer service out the door!!! More

They also took care of the recall for my car and scheduled my windshield replacement to be done a few days later at my work. They went beyond and above my expectations! Kyle is great! More

Routine Oil Change went in for my routine oil change and hope they put in synthetic oil as I had requested. They also recommended new battery, saying it had failed thei went in for my routine oil change and hope they put in synthetic oil as I had requested. They also recommended new battery, saying it had failed their battery test. My Camry is six years old and has the original battery - so I thought it was time to replace it. It did have a buildup on the core. More
