We decided to car shop on our last visit (3/15) and worked with David Tallabas. He too was really great He answered our questions, he was polite, knowledgeable and low key. However when the shark in the red shirt appeared it was a different story. Can't remember his name (smallish, shaved head) probably a sales manager or something. He wasn't polite, wouldn't listen, dismissed our situation, and was only concerned with closing a deal then and there. If there was ever a deal breaker it was him. We most likely will not purchase our new car from Earnhardt in no small part due to this persons hyper aggressive attitude. This kind of person is why many people hate car shopping, we certainly do now. More
