My review Excellent salesmanship. I bought a Highlander and enjoy driving it. All of the displays are a bit overwhelming for this old man but, Mike Thibodeau Excellent salesmanship. I bought a Highlander and enjoy driving it. All of the displays are a bit overwhelming for this old man but, Mike Thibodeau has been more than helpful each I come in with questions. Mike knows his products. We looked at a 4 Runner and he answered all of our questions and pointed out many other points that we hadn't thought to ask. We had been at other dealers, not Toyota, and their customer service personnel, couldn't answer many of our questions without checking first . Toyota seems to train their people better.
