spending 1 hour and 35 minutes waiting to get my car into the garage is unacceptable. i had an appointment for 8AM. arrived. at 7:50am for an oil change. My car sat in the waiting area until 9:35AM before it was even moved into the garage to start the oil change. the work was completed at 10:00AM. 2 hours to do a 25 minute job is just not acceptable. if you have an appointment they should reserve that time for your work. whatever the problem was, it happens all the time I've been there for work. if they want to keep customer business, they should learn how to better manage their service scheduling. I was probably not the fault of the service consultant or certified technician, but a bigger problem with the way they schedule their work. More

All of the individuals we dealt with at Earnhardt Toyota were excellent. In particular, Carter Barragan, the sales associate with exceptional. At no point in the days we were looking for a vehicle did we feel pressured to buy. Carter spent the time to let us know immediately when a vehicle similar to what we were looking for came available. Earnhardt also did not add on the high cost dealer add-ons that people don't always want. As much as I hate buying a vehicle, Earnhardt Toyota made this a very painless effort. More
