Earnhardt also did not add on the high cost dealer add-ons that people don't always want. As much as I hate buying a vehicle, Earnhardt Toyota made this a very painless effort. More
Service was scheduled and efficiently handled. When I arrived I found the waiting area welcoming and equipped with power plugs and USB ports for computer work as well as a good wifi signal. Our service advisor, Corey Worthy, provided outstanding customer service, as always. He has been helping us for years, since we began coming to Arizona for the winter. We live in a rural area of Oregon du customer service, as always. He has been helping us for years, since we began coming to Arizona for the winter. We live in a rural area of Oregon during the summer. We took my 4Runner to the Toyota dealership there, and the service manager assigned to us never even came out to greet us. A new employee there saw us waiting and asked us if he could help. This would never happen at Earnhardt. We had extensive service on our Tundra, and Corey continually called to let us know the status of the vehicle. We know we will receive exceptional service from him. Corey is an excellent representative of the Earnhardt brand! More
