I generally get very good service from Earnhardt Toyota, and yesterday was no exception. However, the only thing that kept me from giving five stars was a missed customer service opportunity by my service a and yesterday was no exception. However, the only thing that kept me from giving five stars was a missed customer service opportunity by my service advisor. When I bring my car in for one of the earliest appointments for routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) I know that it typically takes an hour to an hour and a half for the service to be completed. Yesterday I took two hours and 40 minutes. It would’ve been nice to receive a call after an hour and a half from my service advisor letting me know that there was a delay so I could plan accordingly. Had such a call been made I would’ve given five stars. More

Checked in quickly, work was accomplished fairly quickly. Agreed to a recommended 4 wheel alignment which I was charged for in spite of my premium level maintenance program.
