We recently had our Highlander serviced and for the second time, we were asked to pay for service that we bought when we purchased the car. We were able to get the charges removed after our Service Con second time, we were asked to pay for service that we bought when we purchased the car. We were able to get the charges removed after our Service Consultant "talked to someone". We are posting this review to alert other "Seniors" that may not remember or understand what they purchased and that the service consultants do not check their system for these added services that they already paid for.
