Due to an increased volume of service vehicles, we have not resumed exterior rinse of service vehicles as the wash prevents the control of our service turnaround times. On a case-by-case basis we can facilitate a wash so on your next service ask me or Andrew Wilson our service manager to facilitate an exterior wash and we would be happy to do so. James, my experience with your service department was excellent. It started with calling and setting an appt. The gentleman I spoke with found me a cancellation, I was able to take my truck in the same day for service. The young man who approached me as I drove in asking if l had been helped, quickly found my appt and paged my service advisor. He was helpful, friendly and professional. Adaliene, my service advisor was again, knowledgeable, helpful and timely. The young lady that retrieved my truck for me was both pleasant and professional. It’s was a refreshing great experience. Your doing a great job with your service department, keep up the good work!
