Have always had prompt service with an appointment - however this time on a 10K check - I waited 2:15. My advisor did a very poor job of communicating - as he said if it was more than 90 minutes he'd l however this time on a 10K check - I waited 2:15. My advisor did a very poor job of communicating - as he said if it was more than 90 minutes he'd let me know.....and when I finally went to find him, I waited 10 minutes while he was on the phone, only then to see that my keys were on his desk. I'm sure they had been there for quite some time (there were 2 other sets there also. :-(. I did let the service manager know so that he could get some coaching about keeping people informed and priorities. If it happens again......there are plenty of other Toyota dealers. More
