Have always had prompt service with an appointment - however this time on a 10K check - I waited 2:15. I'm sure they had been there for quite some time (there were 2 other sets there also. :-(. I did let the service manager know so that he could get some coaching about keeping people informed and priorities. If it happens again......there are plenty of other Toyota dealers. More
