I have a lease car from Earnhardt Toyota dealer and I went to lease another car on December 28th. Everything was ok until signing the documents. They asked me that do I want GAP insurance. I noticed that I did not consider GAP insurance while calculating my monthly payment. It was going to increase my monthly payment. I told them I am really sorry for this happened, but I said them I would like to cancel this lease agreement. It was my mistake, but they did not happy with our cancellation decision. One of the sales managers was not respectful and told us he had the car cleaned and inspected valued at $360 for this lease. He made us feel responsible for this cost and time spent with us. I offered to pay this cost. They did not want but I and my wife have got offended too much. Even though another sales manager came and offered a better deal include GAP insurance we did not accept their offer and left from the dealer. People's attitude, behavior, and respect are more important than money for a good deal so we decided to find a better brand or dealer service to work with. More
