Oil change and tire rotation Oil change nor Tires were not rotated because the the better tires were on back this was not explained until I asked why they were not rotated. I was called an hour and a half later that my cabin air filter was contaminated with critter debri I said go ahead and clean and change it old filter was left on the floor board in a bag but debri fell on the floor we had to ask if it could be thrown away and clean the stuff fell out of the bag on the floor mats. Nigel was AMAZING and is what every car salesman should be like; honest, helpful, patient, pleasant, friendly, etc. I truly enjoyed working with Nigel and have referred two people to him already today. He took so much time and care to keep in contact with me yesterday while they got the car to their lot and to help me get papers completed with my finance/insurance company. And most of all, he took time to show me the car in detail to every nook and cranny on how it works and what I can do with it. This may be the standard practice but it never FELT like that or that I was just another number. I felt like he was friend and truly cared that I was happy!!!! More

All done with oil change etc. in less than 2 hours I have been coming to Earnhardt Toyota for several years and bought my Toyota Sienna there in 2013 with a care package.
