Service is a absolute JOKE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER SHIP! Please read! I made the mistake from buying a 2015 Toyota Tundra Limited with 17k miles. I absolutely love the truck DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER SHIP! Please read! I made the mistake from buying a 2015 Toyota Tundra Limited with 17k miles. I absolutely love the truck but the service and management here is extremely shady and unreliable. Here is the list of the problems i have already had in the first 45 days of buying the Truck. 1. The sales manager when he first brought our first offer on the truck it was the highest. This is to be expected I’m not naive. The problem with this offer when i did the math on a calculator program online there was $75 dollars a month of unexplainable charges. He tried to xxxxxxxx me that it was due to the time of month and the adjustment period of the month. I called him out and told him not to xxxxxxxx me and to come back with a real offer that doesn’t have mysterious numbers he could not explain. The second offer wasn’t what we wanted but at least there was no more unexplainable charges per month. PLEASE IF YOU BUY FROM HERE DO THE MATH YOURSELF ITS NOT DIFFICULT AT ALL. It was rather humorous because the salesman i was working with was quite confused himself. 2. After agree with a numbers we finally received the updated Carfax that wasn’t 6 month old like the previous one in the vehicle. We found there was damage reported on the front end but no accidents. We were assured that the truck was a “Certified per own truck”. Which means their service departments goes through a extensive look over on the car. I felt a bit more relieved that it came with that warranty but I asked for TOYOTAs Warranty that the employees get to be added to the purchase. The financial manager accommodated this request. I was relieved and happy to purchase the Truck still. (Pro Tip when there are red flags just walk away it will save you hassle down the road) My Mistake! 3. After having the vehicle for a few days we noticed that our stereo was freezing, shutting down and rebooting. I looked it up on forms its a common problem that should be fixed by the service department. If it wasn’t for my Toyota full WARRANTY that we had asked for this would not have been covered and would be a 50 dollar charge just to look at the truck. Well I called to get it serviced. I scheduled a appointment and they canceled on me 3 separate times because they were “To busy”. I ended up just upgrading the radio myself. It’s extremely frustrating to have your appointment time canceled and try to be rescheduled on days I’m not available to bring it in. 4. I also wanted to bring it in to replace a plastic part that they told me they would add and never did so. The piece is still missing.... 5.The next problem I have encountered now is my tires. Once again this Pre expectation that the Toyota supposedly done that the truck passed I’m having issues with. I had a flat tire took it to discount and was told that the flat was due to the tires being old and out dated. Yes they still have great tread on them but the truck was sitting for so long they have begone to dry rot. I thought discount was just try to get my money so I asked them if they could repair it. They told me yes fixed the valve that broke and warned me it could happen again. Well they were right I woke up this morning to another flat on a different tire same problem. I called Toyota Earnhardt and told them what discount told me. They told me they weren’t and couldn’t help me due to the tires being Normal wear and tear. Which makes sense in most situations but these are tires that supposedly passed their expectations. 6. Lastly I went in today to talk to a manager about my 45 day tags be expired and would like to know where my plates are. To my surprise the person who does plates and title is off until Monday on Black Friday weekend. At this point I’m extremely frustrated and would like to talk to a manger which they send a gentleman to take my name and number to call me back. Please do not buy the truck is amazing I absolutely love it but this dealership quality and service is absolute joke and highly disappointing. More

My experience at Earnhardt Toyota was fast & easy. They went the extra mile to find me exactly what I wanted when I went in to upgrade my 2003 Camry!! They got me the exact color interior that I wanted for went the extra mile to find me exactly what I wanted when I went in to upgrade my 2003 Camry!! They got me the exact color interior that I wanted for my new 2019 Camry & even took the time to show me how to set up the Bluetooth connection. It was nice to get follow up calls from Bobby to ask if everything was going okay with the new car . More
Beware up-sale practices When I was told I had leaking struts I got a second opinion - no leaks. Struts OK. Next service at Earnhardt’s there was no mention of the leaking struts, however a replacement air and cabin filter were recommended. My air filter was new and the tapes I placed in strategic places were undisturbed telling me that the mechanic did not inspect either filter. I will not go back there. More
