The service department at East Bay BMW is absolutely a well oiled machine. Checking in, checking out, understanding work done on the vehicle. Marco is a helpful service advisor. Makes sure your car makes it into service and hook you up with your advisor. My fave was the gentleman who helped us with a lot of the features,. we didn’t understand on our X 545E. Diana was just amazing! I am so greatful she helped me to understand the options available and made it happen right away. I had 2 previous BMW's but this was my first electric vehicle and Daryll and Tanner took their time to show me everything I needed to know in order to operate the car - it is COMPLETELY different than a gas powered car, everything is computerized and also the BMW app is getting more and more use it seems than when I had my previous car. It is not trivial to operate the new car, and they TOOK THEIR TIME and was also very patient in makign sure I had any questions answered and even left me their cards to make sure if I had any problems or questions to give them a call! Also, Camryn was awesome too. I appreciate his approach and he never made me feel uneasy. He took the stress out of the financial part and in the end, even gave me some obvious breaks (really, he didn't have to). It's things like this that build loyalty and will keep people coming back. I'm trying to convince my wife to lease an iX, and if so, from here (they are nearly out as of today). An honest review from a customer who just made their purchase today - THANK YOU! More
