Brought my car in for a check engine light service. Ruiquan arranged a courtesy BMW and dropping my car for service was very efficient and I got to work on time too. Was looking for a Z4 before they were all gone and Jason contacted me after communicating briefly with their AI bot. Jason was awesome. Fun demeanor and easy to talk to. We went to East Bay BMW so my wif contacted me after communicating briefly with their AI bot. Jason was awesome. Fun demeanor and easy to talk to. We went to East Bay BMW so my wife could also test drive an X3 M50 and we ended up taking the same vehicle after Jason did the upsell. :) No shade, it's his job and we loved the car. Jason was great throughout even dealing with me asking, several times over many messages, if any Z4s were available other than the one we did find and order for me. Very pleased with Jason. The only ding they get is they messed up the tinting one of the X3's windows and my wife had to stay WAY longer than she wanted since I had to leave early so she had to wait for the X3 to be ready. Still very happy with all the dealings with Easy Bay BMW. More
Enrique Palo went above and beyond in helping me purchase the car I was seeking. I had a pretty extensive list of questions re purchasing a used EV and I was shown information on the car's EV battery capac the car I was seeking. Finally Enrique did a great job of syncing my phone, programming the car keys and digital card as well.
