East Bay BMW is amazing and the staff is incredibly professional. Matt the sales manager is someone I haver worked with for years on several purchases and I always return for more cars. . In this purchase I worked with Amol, Bobby who were extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with.. Daryl the Genius spent a lot of time with me to be sure before I drove off the property , I had a clear understanding of the operation of the vehicle. Kamran the finance guy also a very friendly and knowledgable finance manager made the process efficient and easy to understand when explaining the additional warranty items. This place is UNLIKE ALL the dealerships around the area. Its an amazing vibe and the teamwork culture is a clear 10/10. I honestly had so much fun buying my car today....
