I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I’ve had multiple experiences at East Bay BMW, but Alex truly blew us away. Not only did he help me with my issue, but he couldn’t be more impressed. I’ve had multiple experiences at East Bay BMW, but Alex truly blew us away. Not only did he help me with my issue, but he also assisted my wife with her car’s maintenance. Alex was timely, communicated well, and stayed on top of everything. When we picked up the car, we were thrilled to hear that the rattling noise, which had been checked multiple times before, was finally gone. Alex made sure we wouldn’t get our keys back until the problem was completely resolved. Overall, Alex’s dedication and thoroughness have earned our trust and gratitude. Very helpful service crew. Great communication, clear costs, and very reliable work. Basic service is somewhat expensive unless you have a coupon or there is a promotion going. They will also try to sell you unnecessary service items like a ~$200 diagnostic check which is often times not needed but they are never too pushy about it. More

Unacceptable service experience. I left a car with a tire issue. While I recieved an inspection video...my service manager never called me with recommendations and pricing. It took me 3 calls late in the day to get to somone to talk to. I had not authorized the dealership to keep my car overnight, but had I not gotten in touch with someone just before closing...apparently that would have been the result. More
