I had to take in my 2024 BMW X5 50e to check on a couple warning lights. As much as I love my 50e, I had to leave my car at the dealership for about 10 days for a thorough checkup and SME replacement. D warning lights. During this time, my Customer Service Adviser, Myriam Flores was amazing! She kept me updated on the current status of my 50e repairs via texts and emails, and also set me up with a loaner car. The pickup process was also quick and seamless. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at both East Bay BMW and with Myriam Flores! More

Very impressive dealership from buying the car with Sam to our first service with Myriam. They were easy to work with and the buying is very streamlined and relatively quick for buying a car.
