Nobody really wants to take their BMW to the service department. But when you have to, you can only hope you’re lucky enough to have a team like the one at East Bay BMW. From the moment I pulled into the service drive, Wayne and Jason greeted me with open arms and made me feel genuinely welcome — which is a pretty impressive way to start a service visit! I had such a great experience with the service team, especially Anthony, Ben, Alex, and Daniel. Everyone was friendly, helpful, professional, and made the entire process feel easy from beginning to end. A big thank-you as well to Emily and Sandra in reception for helping coordinate everything and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. I also want to personally thank Amit for making sure my overall service experience was such a positive one, and John Hepler for stepping in at the last minute and organizing a comfortable Uber ride back to the dealership so I could pick up my car. It was a small detail that made a BIG difference and was very much appreciated. There are plenty of places that can service a BMW, but the people are what make the experience. East Bay BMW has an incredible group of them. Hopefully I won’t need to see the service department again anytime soon 😂 — but when my BMW inevitably decides otherwise, there’s nowhere else I’d rather take it. I was dreading car shopping for the obvious reasons. I ended up having such a great experience at East Bay BMW that I drove all the way back up from the South Bay to lease the car a week later. Calvin was great, and he didn't give me the hard sell that I was anxiously anticipating. Instead, he took me for a test drive, gave me some info and let me go on my way. He followed up with a text message and that was it. When I went back to pick up my new BMW, everything was quick and seamless. His manager Mike and the finance dept guy (forgot his name) were also really great. I definitely recommend East Bay BMW. Thanks guys! More
