Worst experience ever January 13th 2017 I bought a used truck from East Charlotte Nissan, I drove it home and the next day I started having a idling issue so I called January 13th 2017 I bought a used truck from East Charlotte Nissan, I drove it home and the next day I started having a idling issue so I called my sales guy to inform him of my issue. I was told he would call me back after he did some research on what all was serviced since they received it (I never heard back ) so I called the next day still getting the same run around I'll call you back . So after 4 day's I finally get in touch with the manager named Bill and he also did me the way , pretty much said you bought it it's your problem now . The truck is misfiring needs tuneup & services well over $2000 , wasn't something I expected when I bought a $30,000 vehicle from a reputable company. Once you sign those papers you don't mean s#!t to them ... I WILL NEVER BUY OR DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. Buyers be ware More

I pulled into the Nissan dealership with no appointment and got a tire rotation and an oil change and I believe I was waiting for about 25 to 30 minutes. They have always been very friendly here as well. This just put the cherry on top. More
