We go to another dealer in the Columbia Area, I begin this review in Lexington, SC. Looking for a new 2018 white Honda CRV-EXL. My choice not on site. We go to another dealer in the Columbia Area, MY CHOICE not on site. But, this time, salesman offers to order from Honda. I agree to order. Give a $500 deposit. Told it would be offloaded in three weeks. Not happening. Told one more week. Not happening. Finally we got tired of the run around and demanded my deposit back and begin again to search for MY CHOICE. This takes us to a dealer in Sumter. Nothing happening there except that they had one , although this one doesn't have the leather we asked for. Wants me to think about taking that one. Not me. I want MY CHOICE. So, here we go to the real dealer. East Coast Honda. They not only have MY CHOICE, but will have it ready for me when I get there. My wife and I along with our 119 pound dog, travel to Myrtle Beach, and come home in about an hour with OUR CHOICE. THANKS FOR BEING THERE FOR US. I WILL NOT FORGET YOUR DEALERSHIP.
