Best car buying experience ever! I recently purchased a new Honda Accord from East Coast Honda and was very impressed with the dealership. I have driven Honda Accords since 1982 and h I recently purchased a new Honda Accord from East Coast Honda and was very impressed with the dealership. I have driven Honda Accords since 1982 and have loved each new Honda, but not the painful buying process at numerous other dealerships. I worked with Shawn Huskins, an internet sales manager, and was treated with respect and courtesy. I appreciated the sales manager, Scott Proctor, personally checking to insure my buying experience had gone smoothly. The entire process was positive, pleasant, and definitely not painful! I will return to East Coast Honda for my next new Honda, and will continue to recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a car. More

These people treat you like family. I love going there. On January 3, 2015 I drove off the lot of East Coast Honda in my brand new Honda Touring CR-V, my third new vehicle purchase from them. The last two times I had the pleasure of dealing with Shawn Huskins. I cannot say enough about Shawn. He stayed in contact with me while I was considering the purchase, always there when I needed to call him or email him. I told him what I was looking for and he was able to get it. He called me as soon as it came in and told me I could pick it up later that day. My experience was superb. Each time I would visit there Shawn would offer me a bottle of cold water. His focus was on me and my needs, affording to me his time and expertise as if he had the whole day to deal with only me. Fortunately, this was not necessary, as the process went quickly and smoothly. Jim Tansey took me through the financial portion of the deal, explaining each step and was ready to answer all my questions. I have also had my vehicles serviced at East Coast Honda and each time was a pleasant experience. I emailed the CEO, Greg Smith, to inform him of my satisfaction and he was thoughtful enough to thank me in an email response. To sum it all up, East Coast Honda is a great place to buy a car. There is absolutely no sales pressure, and that is a rare find today. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I plan to return for my car needs. CAR NEGOTIATING--UGGGGG; EAST COAST HONDA--AHHHH We were not looking to turn in our leased Pilot, yet. We were in the dealership for it's regular maintenance and strolled the showroom while waiting. Next thing we know, we drove out with a 2015 (leased) CR-V. AJ was courteous, professional and knows his products. He made us feel comfortable and satisfied with our negotiations. He's a young guy who has served our country. He made this truly a very pleasant experience in car negotiating for us ever. I want to stress that my husband is a tough sell. If he feels at any point he is being "taken for a ride" he's gone. Needless to say hats off to East Coast for having AJ as part of their sales force. More
