Excellent customer service! We went last weekend at East Coast Toyota to check out the new Toyota C-HR. Jose welcomed us and was kind enough and very helful in showing us around. The staff was so friendly offering water and coffee, and made the leasing process very easy and smooth. I really liked how they pull up the test drive cars into this little garage where it's clean and out of the sun so you can review the car up close and personal. Overall I really enjoyed the entire process and would recommend East Coast Toyota for anyone lookin for a new car. More

I was told my spare key would arrive in 2-3 days. It has been 8 weeks and I still don't have a spare key. No one returns my calls. I went in and spoke to the sales manager, Rafi, who said I would get a call in 1-2 days. That was 3 weeks ago. Today I get a call asking me about a routine service, which I didn't have done because I just got the car. Then I am congratulated on my 5 free maintenance visits that expire in 2 years. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told that I would be getting complimentary maintenance for 3 years. Every single dealership I've used before routinely calls up to see how the car is doing and at the very least return my calls if I try reaching out. More
