Auto Body Work w/ Mr. Provenzano 1 appt to get a quote that was never sent to me. 2nd appt to get work done & his computer is down. Emails me to schedule a 3rd appt to finally get the 1 appt to get a quote that was never sent to me. 2nd appt to get work done & his computer is down. Emails me to schedule a 3rd appt to finally get the work done which will now take a week to complete for minor scratches on the car. Does not know how to value a Customer's time. No apology was made on his behalf or the service center. I will get more auto body work done somewhere else. No Thanks. More
This will be my 3rd Toyota from East Coast. First was a Scion for my Daughter, then a Corolla and now my latest Camry. The lease trade in was easy and seamless, with Rafael as my sales man. He reassured me that no issues would arise from my trade, and he also took care of the slight damage on my 2017 Corolla. This Dealership has change immensely from what it use to be, and it shows that their main Goal is customer service. My daughter’s Ford Lease is up soon, and I’m trying to talk her into a Rav-4, and go to Toyota, some of the most reliable cars ever made. More
I set up an appointment for a recall for the airbag module for the curtain wall airbags on my 2004 Land Cruiser. Dropped off the car in the morning and let them know I would need it to commute back hom module for the curtain wall airbags on my 2004 Land Cruiser. Dropped off the car in the morning and let them know I would need it to commute back home in the evening. At the end of the day I was told that the vehicle was not ready! It is a two hour job according to Toyota. Regardless, I managed to find a ride and left the car overnight telling them that I did not want to rush them as I wanted them to do the job correctly. That was only the first disappointment! The next morning they called me to say the car was ready. I went to pick it up and my worst fears were realized. The vehicle's center console is misaligned, it is missing bolts and the cup holder lid no longer closes. I called them to tell them that I was not satisfied, and that I had mentioned prior to dropping the car off that I want this job done professionally. They had asked me to take it back to get it fixed but I refused as I do not trust them any longer. I was suggesting to the service rep to maybe have a meeting with the techs to tell them that they need to be more careful and do a proper thorough job but he hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. It is sad to see that in today's day and age we cannot trust any of these dealers with our vehicles anymore. I would suggest staying away from this place if you can. More
Simplifying the car buying process. I dread buying a car because of the back and forth. I never feel like I am getting a good deal. Incredibly positive experience I had a rough year (several family members lost, including my dad, made worse by getting side swiped by a person whose license had been suspended and I had a rough year (several family members lost, including my dad, made worse by getting side swiped by a person whose license had been suspended and was arrested at the scene). I did not want to go through the experience of buying a new car, but East Coast Toyota made it painless. I was able to get exactly the car that I wanted (2020 Yaris), the side-swiped trade-in was taken care of easily, and I was able to pay to extend the warranty on the new car for several years. Ron, Cyrus, and Jeffrey made the experience much easier than I expected and helped to make a difficult year a little bit brighter, just in time for the holiday season. Thank you! More

Purchased a car less then 2 months ago and when I tried bringing in the car to have the front end wheel repaired they would not honor it. They wouldn't even program the key fob. What I was told by the service consultant was I had 30 days to get the car repaired. None of my paper work indicated this. I have since filed a complaint with Toyota Corporate about the shady practices of this dealership. More
