purchased a Used Rav4, had to have a fender slightly repaired, Engine came on shortly after purchased. had to chase down the dealer for a week to repair promised body work. When I bought the car it repaired, Engine came on shortly after purchased. had to chase down the dealer for a week to repair promised body work. When I bought the car it was supposed to be keyless entry and had a security alarm. When I got home after signing tons of papers, I realized I had no extra keys or keyless entry alarm fob. Went back and spoke to Umburto the following day, he tell sme he didn't even know the car had these features. Then he refers me to service. Also after only having the car 12 hours the engine lights came on. back to serice for repair. 1 week later engine light is back on. Dealer doesn't want o hear it keep blaming problems on their service. Avoid if possible. More
Although others were pressured, I can say the used 2004 Toyota I purchased was a pleasure to buy and to drive. I live in Manhattan and Nelson drove the car into the city to allow us to test-drive it. Man Toyota I purchased was a pleasure to buy and to drive. I live in Manhattan and Nelson drove the car into the city to allow us to test-drive it. Manhattan driving can take a toll on a car and they took a risk that we wouldn't buy it when they drove in. The purchase was a good deal and they were firm but friendly about their price. They provided the option to have "certification" and "bumper-to-bumper" with little but steady pressure. We went with the certification because it is a hybrid drivetrain.

We got into an accident and Nelson was very friendly about helping us with referrals and guidance on what to expect. Overall, the used Toyota department is very friendly but I could feel the pressure coming from the new sales department. More
When we bought a new RAV4 from them, we were pressured to inspect the car at dusk and sign the paperworks. The next day we took another look and found a huge, unremovable stain on the car seat. Of course t inspect the car at dusk and sign the paperworks. The next day we took another look and found a huge, unremovable stain on the car seat. Of course they did not want to give us the time of day after the sale was finalized.

Moral of the story? Don't let anyone pressure you into anything. Make sure you are absolutely happy with the deal AND the car before all else. More
