Floor manager wouldn't budge on price or finance interest rate until we put $2000 down. When all said and done we were given one key (smart for push button ignition). We being two drivers, needed a second key and was told there may be one up stairs to come back tomorrow (office closed?). No key and and asked the cost of making a second one knowing it was probably expensive. Cy said he would pay the cost over $150. Although the service person helped me get a better price than the Nissan Dealership the total cost was still $229.60. I have not yet received the balance of $79.60 as promised by Cy. Is that too much to ask for my investment to this dealership to make a customer happy! More

I bought (Paid full payment once $13000) clean title 2013 Nissan Altima SL with 33000 miles on it. After two days and during rain, I found a leak from the ceiling and a lot of water came inside. I went back to the dealer and told them about this issue and they were totally uncooperative and spoke scornfully with aggressive attitude. They told me that we can't help you and this is your car now. I left unsatisfied, and later I have been told by the technician when he changed the oil that this car was in an accident (not reported, not shown in Carfax) and its fixed in a cheap way, I looked closer under the front bumper and I found its true. After while and when I did my taxes, I reported that I bought a car, then I shocked there. The price in the paperwork $14000, not the same as agreed ($13000). The Iranian guy changed the price after we shake hands. This fraud and unreliability. I can support this issue with pictures/videos for proving if need, and I can face anyone from this dealership. More
