The 2005 Dodge Magnum SXT made loud clunking sounds when going over bumps. It needed ball joint/control arm repair of some sort among a few other things. Robert said that they would make the repairs. During the conversation, one of the other guys in the dealership said that they would "make the sound go away" which did not reassure me, it actually concerned me a bit. You don't just want the sound to go away, you want the damaged parts either repaired or replaced. I bought the car and the dealership was very fair with the sale. I am currently having a dodge mechanic check the repairs and see what is still clunking around in the back end of the car. In looking at the history of dodge magnums, clunking sounds coming from the rear are not all that uncommon. All in all I am happy with the purchase at this point and very pleased with Robert as a sales representative. More
