I contacted East Hills Chevrolet after dealing with several other local Chevrolet dealers. I was not at all happy with the pricing or service at the other dealers I worked with, but was pleased when D several other local Chevrolet dealers. From the start Danny was great about getting me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. The other dealerships I went to were constantly giving me misinformation and pressuring me to spend more than I budget, but that was not the case at East Hills. Danny even went out of his way to come in on his day off so that I could pick up the car on the day I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership and encourage you to ask for Danny during your visit. The customer service at Chevy was really good. I was looking to get a 2012 Chevy Sonic and my salesperson was Bob Poulos. While I didn't end up buying the Sonic, Bob's patience, friendliness and custome looking to get a 2012 Chevy Sonic and my salesperson was Bob Poulos. I have been to this dealership a year before this purchase. They let me test drive a car with no pressure to buy. East Hills Chevrolet gave me the deal that they promised, with no hassles, and the car is absolutely beautiful. This car will blow the doors off of any foreign car. We have had two brand new Honda Civics, one brand new Nissan Sentra, a brand new Toyota Corolla, and a brand new Hyundai Accent in the past ten years. The Chevy Cruze drives ten times better than any of these foreign cars, and we had so much trouble with one of the Corolla, the Accent, and one of the Civics. Trust me when I tell you that Honda and Toyota don't give a rats xxx about their customers. I feel so much better having bought a car that was Union made by American workers instead of my tax dollars supporting a low paid non-union worker getting welfare and social services. This car is so Amazing, and I want to buy American now. More

I was very pleased with my visit to East Hills Chevy and have recommended them to anyone who has mantioned looking for a new car. I started my search for my new sonic with an email to the dealership which w have recommended them to anyone who has mantioned looking for a new car. I started my search for my new sonic with an email to the dealership which was returned in about 30 minutes with a very accurate quote along with a list of the onsite inventory. When I visited the showroom I was greeted by a very friendly staff where I met Bob Poulos. I told him what I was looking for and he informed me of my options once again and invited me to take one of there demo sonics out for a ride. Bob was great with his advice and knowledge of the car. We arrived back at the showroom and set up my order. He did not try to pressure me into anything he had in stock as he realized I was looking for something specific. He ordered exactly what I wanted! My intereaction with the finance team was equally pleasurable, everything was explained in detail and with no pressure. John, the sales manager, checked in on my progress with Bob every step of the way to make sure I was absolutely satisfied, which I was and stil am. I have had my new car for about a week now and have been in contact with Bob for a few follow up questions and he has given me the same attention and prompt response as he did before I signed on the dotted line, which I have had the past experience is not always the case. Once again, I had an amazing experience at East hills Chevy and my thanks to Bob Poulos for helping me into my new Sonic!! More

We weren't pressured to add on options or get an extended warranty and once the deal was closed they handled the insurance and registration right on the spot so we were able to drive off with our new car on the very same day.
