I started my quest by submitting a form through Costco for a Chevy Sonic. I reside in New Jersey so I was surprised to see that my dealer was in Douglaston (Queens), NY! (I figured NJ dealerships don't participate in the Costco program.) Anyway that very evening I got a call from Bob Poulos. Bob was cordial and professional, told me he could get the exact car I wanted (i.e. turbo 6-speed), noted what I had to trade in, and made an appointment for the next Sunday afternoon. Long story short: we made deal that day and I came back about 5-weeks later to pick up my car (the car was "built" to my exact specifications) and I'm very happy with my purchase. Bob is a great guy, went out of his way for me, and this is the finest dealership I have ever done business with. More
