Bob Poulos is terrific. He is in the sales department, however when I called the service department because I was late and going to be there after they closed, no one picked up. In a panic that I wouldn't be able to pick up my car, I called the sales department. Bob picked up and after I explained my situation, he said, "Mr Fox., you have nothing to worry about. I will go into the service department now and get your keys to make sure that you can pick up your car no matter what time you get here. We close at 9, but if you're going to be later than that, just call me and let me know, I'll wait for you." Are you kidding me? I haven NEVER dealt with anyone at a car dealership, in service or sales, who was more professional or willing to go out of their way. Bob, if you read this, I really thank you and I will definitely buy our next Suburban from you. More

Juan Nadal hadled the sale of the used impala we bought. He was extremely helpful and attentive to giving us the best service he could. He even followed up on his day off to check everything was ok. We visited the dealer twice and both times had extensive wait times. Could understand the first time as we were a walk in on a Sunday and there were only a few salesman who were tied up. However, 2nd visit to pick up car we had to deal with finance rep. Assume there was only one rep as we had to wait approx 1 hour. Also ovserved numerous salesman that day maybe 10. We returned to this dealer as we had purchased our previous car from them and it was a good experience. Good dealership to deal with but should examine how they do their staffing. More
