Pain free experience Going to a dealership I have always been apprehensive. I always felt they were going to charge me an arm, and a leg. However that was not the case, I called up and spoke with Mike .P, and was immediately put at ease, he listened to my issue, and quickly fit me in the following day at 0800 sharp. Met me at the door, looked ovet my policy, and went over not only things that were overdue, but checked for recalls, and things that were needed in the near future. As prices climbed quickly he informed me that I still have some options, and hold off on a couple of things for the near future... they checked me out, and had my vehicle back to me an hour and a half ltr. It is an axel issue, but we scheduled a date in a few weeks to drop off the vehicle, he also had me speak with John B. For a loner vehicle.. completely painless. When my lease was up I went out exploring, but thinking I was going to get another Honda. I stopped into East Hills just to check prices out and see what options they had. Jesse was the sales man I met with. He was amazing and met me with all my needs! It was not a long process and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I had my jeep within three days. Jesse located, had it delivered, and freshly washed! He stayed later to hand the jeep off to me, go over the technology (which I was terrible at!), and finish my paperwork. It was an awesome experience and so relieving knowing I finally had a vehicle that I loved! I am thrilled I finally have a jeep and my experience made it even better!! Arnie was the manager I met with that night to finish signing off on my paperwork and he was great too. Fully explained everything and I didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of or tricked into adding on, like what happens in most dealerships. Very straight forward. He also gave me a silver dollar for good luck to go in my car! More

Good sales staff - Dishonest financing manager Sales staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I decided to purchase my vehicle from this dealer based on previous contact with Sales staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I decided to purchase my vehicle from this dealer based on previous contact with the sales staff. I ended up ordering a 2 door wrangler willys from the factory because my needs and wants were very specific, no fault there from the dealer. I am very satisfied with the vehicle, however my problem with this dealer is with the financing manager. First, during negotiations with the sales staff, they informed me that the dealer honors TrueCar discount certificates but once inside the office of the financing manager (Dean), he informed me that they in fact DO NOT honor true car certificates. Even thou they do not honor TrueCar certificates, they still gave me a discount, just not as good as the TrueCar certificate I had. Second, Dean informed me that the bank approved me for a 4.95% interest rate up to 72 months, but if I wanted to use one of their "point discount coupons" to bring the interest rate to 3.95% I had to buy an extended warranty from Zurich. Being the trustful person that I am, I believed him and agreed to buy the extended warranty plan. However, after speaking directly with the bank, they informed that there is no such thing as a "point discount coupon" and that they approved me for 3.95% up to 75 months from the beginning. Third and lastly, I received an email from the sales staff to ask me if I was satisfied and if I wasn't, to contact them and give them the opportunity to solve my concerns. I contacted the dealer today but once at the premises they told me there was nothing they could do about the financial manager's lies and that he was off today. More
