You don't get pounced on when walking in the door and they don't play the usual games that dealerships do. At the end of my visit I ended up leaving with more than I expected out of my vehicle for the same budget I was seeking, when usually it's the opposite. They confirmed and I headed over there. From the receptionist to the sales man that helped ( Ivan Rosa), I could not have been much happier with every experience I had there. Very courteous and accommodating. Ivan was very patient with me, very helpful and made sure I got a good deal. He also laughed at my sister in law's jokes, so we all had fun and it made all easy.
