If you can not make a sale, make a friend Last December, my wife and I decided to buy a new car. I compared this to having a "root canal". We arrived and were introduced to Michael Galante a Last December, my wife and I decided to buy a new car. I compared this to having a "root canal". We arrived and were introduced to Michael Galante and my concerns went down the drain. He was extremely helpful and was very up-to-date on the 2015 Chrysler300c. After some time discussing the extras we decided to build our new car. During this time Michael was very understanding to all of our concerns. We both felt at ease with the process thanks to Michael's lack of pressure and his information about the different features of the car. After we built our car we left for 4 months in Florida. During that time we communicated by phone, email, and fax. We were scheduled to return the first of May and the car was going to arrive about the same time. We found out that the car was coming in two weeks earlier but Mike said not to worry as he would store the car until we returned. (A service that was way above the norm.) We arrived at the dealer and was blown away when we saw the car. It was beautiful, but I felt that i would have to return to school to study 'Automobile design". Mike said not to worry and he spent one hour going over the features of the car. We left with some knowledge of the car but Mike invited us back after a few days to spend more time going over my questions. What a guy. When Mike and I first looked at the cars in the lot I told him that I wanted three things to happen during our buying process. (1) I wanted him to make money (2) I wanted him to answer our questions honestly (3) when he gave me the key (fob) i wanted to feel that i got a good deal. Not only did Mike complete the three areas but he went far and above.all of them. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that wants to be treated with respect by a super salesman. When teaching a class in "Salesmanship" I told them "If you cannot make a sale, make a friend" Mike did both of them. Looking forward to returning and spending some time with Michael Galante. More
