It's hard, especially when purchasing a vehicle, that you don't feel like the sales person/dealer is doing a hard sell and forcing you into the purchase -- Ivan was not even close to being like that which ultimately made our decision easier. He helped us get a great car and feel 100% solid about our decision. Upon picking up my vehicle he took time to show us the bells and whistles so we felt super comfortable when driving it off the lot. He's followed up to ensure we didn't have buyer's remorse and has made himself available in case we have any questions. This guy is truly an asset! I have bought several new cars over the last 35 years and this was one the best buying experiences I've had; James Kropp, my salesmen, really knew the car and had a great knowledge of the options and availability, with a congenial and no-nonsense approach.
