Least Stressful Experience Possible James was everything we were looking for in a salesman. Being my first car buying experience, I was very intimidated by the whole process. I went to m James was everything we were looking for in a salesman. Being my first car buying experience, I was very intimidated by the whole process. I went to multiple dealers with my parents over the course of a few weeks to try and find a price I could afford on a Wrangler. Every dealership we went to didn't really seem that willing or even care to help get me where I needed to be. In a last effort, we made the trip to East Hills at 8 PM. We walked in, told James exactly where we needed to be price wise, and he returned with exactly what we asked for. The whole process took less than a half hour. I don't understand why it couldn't have been that easy all along. James took away all the worry and speculation I had about the typical "car salesman." He didn't try to rip us off and genuinely wanted to help. He was able to locate a Wrangler for us without one of the power packages (power windows/locks). I didn't mind the loss of this package and it brought the price to exactly where I needed it to be. Not a single other dealer even suggested this and yet it was the first thing James found. We returned to pick up the vehicle once it was delivered and wound up leaving again not 30 minutes later. The whole finishing transaction was done with James and he didn't even pass us off to anyone. Again, I can't stress how pain free this all was. Especially coming from someone who has never purchased a vehicle before. My parents prepared me for the worst and even they were in shock of how simple and stress free James made everything. He kept us up to date on the delivery of the car and answered any concerns we had quickly. I would've wrote this as soon as I got home but the whole "first wrangler" magic got to me and I didn't wind up walking in the door until 2 AM. Again, thank you James for everything. I can't recommend East Hills enough. More

Horrible experience I have a 2013 jeep wrangler unlimited, it has a 4.5 lift, i have an axle seal leak. I take it in to the dealership to repair the axle seal leak. The S I have a 2013 jeep wrangler unlimited, it has a 4.5 lift, i have an axle seal leak. I take it in to the dealership to repair the axle seal leak. The Service advisor John calls me today and tells me the repair is not under warranty and will cost me $600, Apparently due to me having a lift which they're saying caused the leak. even though the leak is comming from the inside of the diff to the wheels. They say it only happens with lifted jeeps, i don't really know how true that is. I've also had prior incident with the same service department in which they cross threaded the lugnuts on both my rear wheels during a tire rotation, which cost me $80 to have repaired due to 2 studs that needed to be replaced. I didn't launch a complaint then because they were treating me pretty well so I let it go, even upto today they were treating me pretty well, never had any other issues besides these two things, and the service advisors have always been pretty good with me even john. After this incident though I'm starting to feel like they could do better, but like most dealerships its the bottom dollar that counts and not the customer. it wouldnt of cost them anything to repair under warranty.I even have a lifetime warranty on the vehicle, I expected better service, and after these 2 incidents, I know better then to ever go back to them for any major repairs. More

Finally ! This is the dealership and the auto salesman everyone should expect and are looking for. After being treated poorly for decades, I have finally found a Chrysler dealership that works hard at being first class and delivers a great experience before, during and after the sale. They even have bagels and coffee as well as freshly popped pop corn in the waiting area. Food works for me! The best part of East Hills is my salesman James Kropp. James is not only a very professional sales associate, he is a real gentleman. I have purchased three vehicles from James and he is transparent in his negotiations, always looking to make a great deal for the customer, treats you with total respect and most importantly, has the patience and attitude to deal with every type of customer. Of course James is an employee of East Hills, but his ethical character shows through the entire process, making the purchase easy and building a relationship of confidence and familiarity with the customer that should always exist, but rarely does in the car buying world. James has won my loyalty and is clearly a person who sleeps well at night because he makes a good living, but does so without compromising his core values or self respect. James is the guy everyone is looking for when they walk into the showroom. More
