The best part of East Hills is my salesman James Kropp. James is not only a very professional sales associate, he is a real gentleman. I have purchased three vehicles from James and he is transparent in his negotiations, always looking to make a great deal for the customer, treats you with total respect and most importantly, has the patience and attitude to deal with every type of customer. Of course James is an employee of East Hills, but his ethical character shows through the entire process, making the purchase easy and building a relationship of confidence and familiarity with the customer that should always exist, but rarely does in the car buying world. James has won my loyalty and is clearly a person who sleeps well at night because he makes a good living, but does so without compromising his core values or self respect.
